Butter Corn On The Cob (Sous Vide)

The sweetest, juiciest and best way to make corn on the cob!


Ingredients:

For every 1 ear of corn

  • 1-2 tablespoons cold butter
  • Pinch of salt

(Optional) Toppings

  • Green spice
  • Freshly grounded pepper
  • Garlic butter
  • Parmesan cheese

Tools:

  • Sous Vide Cooker

Procedures:

  • Set the Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 83°C (181.4°F).

  • Place the corn, along with the butter and salt, in a plastic bag and vacuum seal.

Sealed

  • When the water has reached the temperature, add the bag of corn, and allow to cook for 30 minutes.

Cooking

  • Add optional toppings for plating.
